Responsibilities
Candidates can look forward to regular hiring, a role in HR and proposal writing/methodology creation, and a
- Talent Management.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Finding and hiring suitable employees for open positions.
- Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Employee Relations: Creating and maintaining positive relationships between employees and the organization.
- Compliance: Ensuring that the organization adheres to employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal opportunity laws, and workplace safety regulations.
- Performance Management: Developing and implementing processes to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
- HR Analytics: Analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights that can inform HR strategy and decision-making.
Skills/Experience
- Limited experience at consultancy preferred;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Keen eye for spotting data trends;
- Great analytical skills;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Professional demeanor;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Positive, “can do” attitude.
- He or She must have a postgraduate degree according to IA rules and regulations.
